Baltimore is a completely new team this year. With John Harbaugh and many prominent players leaving for the Giants, the Ravens get a new look under Head Coach Jesse Minter. Minter, a former defensive coordinator for the Chargers, is going to look to help the Ravens get over that playoff hump they’ve had as of late. He will also help bring some foundation to a Ravens defense that finished 30th in the league last year. Good news is Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry still very much reside in Baltimore. And with rookie additions like Ja’Kobi Lane, the Ravens are going to have an invigorated sense of youth and determination on offense. And they will need to be as dominant once again if they ever want to hoist a Lombardi trophy. On offense and defense. Let’s see how these boys get down away in Week 1. But their starting center they just got from Baltimore, Danny Pinter, will miss the season on IR due to a torn patellar tendon. So, not a great start thus far.
(IND) Additions: Michael Clemmons (Edge), Keenan Allen (WR), Arden Key (Edge)
(IND) Losses: Kwity Paye (Edge), Danny Pinter (C), Neville Gallimore (DT)
You must feel for Colts fans. Only because they started the 2025 season 8-2, hit the bye week, and then proceeded to lose every single game after that. I wish I was joking; they lost seven straight to end the season. That is mostly because Daniel Jones, who was playing incredibly, tore his Achilles against Jacksonville in December. Everything kind of collapsed after that, as Indy tried to fill the QB gap with Riley Leonard and Phillip Rivers. This game will come down to defense, as both BAL and IND finished 24th and 23rd in total defense. The Colts finished 9th last year in offense, so I expect them to come out firing. I like the Colts here in an upset, as it's very hard to predict Week 1 and anything can happen.
