THE TEXANS FINALLY DID IT. THEY WON A GAME. Now, it did come against the Titans, who should be relegated, but a win is a win. C.J. Stroud was able to run one in for a TD, and he had a passing TD to Jaylin Noel, who has had a couple of nice weeks. Plus, the great mystery of Marvin Harrison Jr. has been solved! He is a Texan! I like how the Texans left nothing to doubt against this bad team. 23-point lead straight to victory. Can the Texans carry this over into next week? I’m not sure. But I think they will take this in stride and try and build off it. As any team would. They take on the Jags, who looked OK across the pond, but nothing special. I may ride with the Texans this week.

The Jaguars had a very Baltimore like win over the Cowboys against the Eagles this past Sunday. They returned a kickoff all the way to the opposing 39-yard line. This set up Cam Little for the game winner. The Jags got off with a win, but they almost didn’t deserve it. Trevor Lawrence did not look good for most of the game, suffering from two strip sacks. While his stat line was legit, finishing with 331 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT, Lawrence did not look comfortable or in control of this game. This was a game the Jags needed to win with no doubt, to show the development the team has had over the years. They have a history of losing and as they’ve started to turn it around the last 3 seasons, they should’ve beaten up this hurt Eagles team. I think the Jags still have some episodes to go through, good and bad, before they find out what team they truly are. Upset alert, give me the Texans.
