Ravens @ Bills: Who's to Blame?

I got a question for Ravens fans. Who are you going to blame now for continually falling apart in the 2nd half of football games? Playoffs or regular season? I get it, Lamar Jackson wasn’t playing again, but he misses games every year, and Tyler Huntley knows the offense. Derrick Henry had another slow game, totaling just 45 yards on 17 carries and 0 TDs. Huntley had 298 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT. Zay Flowers had 137 yards on 8 catches for 1 TD. But their defense absolutely fell apart all game. They gave up 357 total yards to the Bengals and 21 first downs. The Ravens had better stats on offense to some degree. More total yards, a better 3rd down rate, and more plays run, but they couldn’t do it on either side of the ball. Joe Burrow and the Bengals just blew them out of the water. There needs to be some looking inwards for this Baltimore team, or they are going to end up in the same place they have been in the last few years, which is not competing for a Super Bowl.

The Bills are coming off a bye week after beating the Raiders in a very close game. Josh Allen played well in a game where he only had 1 rush yard and 0 rushing TDs. He finished with 255 pass yards and 2 TDs. James Cook came to play with 95 yards on 22 carries for 1 TD, and Keon Coleman was reliable with 59 yards and 1 TD. But the second worst defense in the league showed itself again and allowed Las Vegas to stay close all the way to the end, they just ran out of time. The Bills let up 313 passing yards and gave up 2 TDs in the air out of the 3 total. The path for the Bills remains the same. Keep winning games with your offense, and don’t let teams back in on defense. They have that first part down, but the second part has remained to be consistently seen yet. I will take them in this conference rivalry matchup coming off a bye week.
