Misdirected Anger

Both teams are eliminated from contention, so they will also use this game to continue to test out their respective depths as well. The Colts just came off a heartbreaking loss to the Giants last week, which ended their playoff hopes in an instant. The Jaguars have been out of it for most of this season, as they sit at 4-12. Both teams have so many injuries. Both teams have struggled the majority of the year. So, like I mentioned previously, this game is a diagnostics check. What systems need work, which ones need restructuring, where am I vulnerable, where is my production lacking, etc. Like a computer, they will run through their entire system come this off-season in order to put out a better product on the football field next year, than they did this year. It’s not like they’re just going to mail this game in though. This is still a division game, in a league where your roster and resume is always active, on a team that will be looking to make changes. Both teams will look to put their best product out there and try and secure a win over their rivals. I like the Colts here, because I think they’re pretty pissed about last week and they’ve already lost once to this team. I doubt they do it again for kicks.
