Alarm Bells in Detroit?

It’s almost time to sound some alarm bells in Detroit. They blew a lead against the Saints and got the win by luck of the draw. Then, they get smoked by Buffalo in which the score did not tell the story of the game. The 41-31 scoreline in favor of the Bills was only that close towards the end of the game on some garbage time TDs. The Lions offense is still there, but they can’t get going until they’re well behind. That was the case against the Bills. Against the Saints, their defense blew a 3 score lead and barely got away with a win. And their defense was pitiful against Buffalo too. Detroit didn’t have an answer for the Bills, and they didn’t have an answer for the Saints. Time just saved the day. They get the Jets next week, but the Jets don’t seem like the pushover team they once were. They need to start treating like every opponent they play is a SB contender until they get back on track.
