Friendship Should Prevail

The Cardinals get another easier game towards the end of their schedule, and they need it. I am happy they were able to beat the Patriots, but during the first half it was a little close there. They managed to pull away, but they still look like they’re not totally in sync. I mentioned it last week, and I’ll mention it this week. Kyler Murray and Marvin Harrison Jr. need to get on the same page. Go out to dinner, play Madden or COD, (Kyler loves COD), anything to build a little more chemistry. They need this game this week to keep their playoff hopes alive, as they are currently the second team on the bubble behind their division rivals, the Seattle Seahawks. They got the Panthers this week, who have shown signs of promise, but if properly dealt with, can be beaten. The Cardinals have an average defense, but against the 32nd ranked offense, I believe they will find some more success this week. Arizona also has the 12th best offense in the league, so look for that connection between Murray and Harrison to maybe bloom a little more this week. Seriously guys, go to Friendly’s or something.

The Panthers are going to be troubled this week, but that’s kind of their fate every week. I wish it would be different for them, but the fact of the matter is that they still have a ways to go before they are taken seriously. It’s good that Bryce Young is playing much better and showing real promise, as last game he was 18/29 for 214 yards and 3 TDs. That’s all they need right now. They have the worst ranked offense, and the second worst ranked defense, so there is no real safe side for them. Just compete, keep giving Young looks and reps, and keep building on some of the success you’ve had this year, (what a depressing paragraph.)
